Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at ceo@ceothebrand.com. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.
